Hello!

We would like to support the conservation of marine life. We have a resort here in Cebu and we are into protecting our area as well as the sea creatures that live nearby.

Is it possible to ask help from you on how to take care of our marine lives?

We hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks!

Not being in Philippines for 15 years, I have completely forgotten how things are back home. Whenever I see the news from Philippines, it's mainly about politics and crime. Just a few days ago I was having a conversation about beaches and we were also planning our upcoming trip to Philippines. Me, not being there for so long, I was reminded of how polluted some of the beaches there are. This whole conversation was taken place at a beach bar watching the gorgeous sunset. This setting is something we all can appreciate. On my visit, I will see how much the locals have done about the issue and if there's anything I can do being that I am from the country and much care about conserving nature's beauty. Looking forward to it! :D

Im an islander and I believe that this conservation will be more effective if you will directly educate locals. I mean the one who really leave on island village. They will be the one who will directly protect and take care of those marine species. During my entire visit of some island of philippine archipelago I realize that most of the locals are not aware of the richness of their natural resources. It's not the tourist but the local itself as well as the people from nearby towns who ruined the place.

Its good to know that conservation is being promoted in the Philippines, I am coming to Camarines Sur next April visiting the island of Sumaoy and I am looking forward to explore the reefs around the island to see what its health state is, how could I help.

Hi!
I have always been a sea lover... i am amazed with its beauty... and one of the reasons that i chose to stay in the philippines is because of its amazing beaches and seas...

i have travelled a few places already and ive seen how these nature's gift must be saved. im thinking how and where i can extend my skills or time to be able to contribute in saving the ocean...

as i browsed through your site... i couldnt help but feel that i, too, wants to be a part of something like this...

how can i contribute in your org... or can you refer any organizations who accepts volunteers like myself...

Thank you very muuch and hoping for your response.

To: Mr Rodrigo de Vera

Yes sir! I could not agree more. I remember the finest black sand beach of Lano del Sur in the early 60's. The awesome reefs of Anilao, Batangas in the 70's. It is paramount to have an extensive marine management to insure the health of our reefs for the future generation. Its my childhood dream to have the opportunity to work on marine project on protecting coral reefs back home.

Sikncerly yours,

I am not a diver but I enjoy looking at marine life on postcards. I do hope that Philippine marine life should be featured in postcards so that we who don't have the chance to scuba dive have the chance to see these lovely creatures under the sea.

I, myself, is an animal lover. I feel sad every time I see marine/ wild animals being killed for food.

Sincerely yours,

MR. RODRIGO P. DE VERA JR.
